The PREVORN platform has its own privacy policy, available at prevorn.ch/confidentialite.

Data we process

Contact and investor forms: the data you enter (name, professional e-mail address, company or fund, role, investor type, telephone number if provided, and your message). Technical logs: the content delivery network that serves this website (Framer B.V., Netherlands) records technical access data such as IP address, pages visited and timestamps, for security and diagnostic purposes, according to its own retention periods. This website sets no advertising cookies and uses no third-party advertising or profiling tools.

Purposes and legal basis

Form data is used solely to answer your enquiry, to arrange a discussion with the founding team and, for investor enquiries, to send you the requested materials. The processing is based on your request (pre-contractual steps) and on our legitimate interest in responding to it. Your data is not used for marketing lists and is not sold or shared with third parties for their own purposes.

Recipients and transfers

Form submissions are received through the website platform (Framer B.V., Netherlands, a country recognised by the Swiss Federal Council as providing adequate data protection) and delivered to Smart STB Sàrl in Geneva. Our e-mail is operated by Infomaniak Network SA, Geneva. No other recipient has access to your data, unless required by law.

Retention

Form data is kept for as long as needed to handle your enquiry and at most 12 months after the last exchange, unless a contractual or legal relationship follows. Technical logs are kept by the hosting platform according to its own retention periods.

Your rights

You may request access to your data, its rectification or deletion, object to its processing or ask for a copy of it. Write to info@smart-stb.ch. We answer within 30 days. You may also lodge a complaint with the Swiss Federal Data Protection and Information Commissioner (FDPIC) or, for EU residents, with your national supervisory authority.
